Plum Creek GHG Assessment Data & Analysis

ENE  assessment of the greenhouse gas emissions impacts of the Plum Creek development proposal in Maine. ENE’s purpose in preparing this assessment was to raise awareness of the greenhouse gas impacts of the proposal which are significant and to take steps to reduce or avoid impacts from transportation, buildings and land clearing.
